WHAT WE BELIEVE & TEACH

The Congregation of the Mighty Ecclesial Embassy (C.O.M.E.E) is a house of Apostleship with a Prophetic Company. Unlike many contemporary churches, C.O.M.E.E. is shepherded by Apostles and Prophets, which is how the Lord Jesus Christ established the original church. Pastors and Evangelists emerged as an outgrowth of the apostles' and prophets’ success. If you are unfamiliar with apostles and prophets, please keep reading.

About Apostles & Prophets

"GOD STARTS EVERYTHING WITH A PROPHET BECAUSE HE STARTS EVERYTHING WITH HIS WORD." ~Dr. Paula Price; Author of The Prophet's Dictionary

Matthew 22:37-40 Tells us that the Greatest Commandment Hang on the Law and Prophets. A synonym for hang is Depend.

37 Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”

Jesus validates or canonizes the Word of God in Luke 24:44.

44 Then He said to them, “These are the words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things must be fulfilled which were written in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms concerning Me.” 45 And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.

Luke 11:49-51 reveals that Abel was the first Prophet in creation.

49 Therefore the wisdom of God also said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill and persecute,’ that the blood of all the prophets which was shed from the foundation of the world may be required of this generation, 51 from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah who perished between the altar and the temple. Yes, I say to you, it shall be required of this generation.

Matthew 21:11

So the multitudes said, “This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth of Galilee.”

Hebrews 3:1

Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;

THE APOSTLE'S PURPOSE

The purpose of the apostle’s mantle is to serve the Lord as His highly inspired visionary and thronal representative. The Lord’s overriding goal for His apostles is that they govern and administrate His kingdom on earth through His church, and progressively return Christ’s nations to their God. They are designed to uniquely undergird God’s ecclesiastical and world visions and ventures. This is the most presidential and priestly of all the church’s ministry office mantles. It is constructed to function through ambassadorship and manifests most of its stewardship through the bishopric.

FIVE APOSTLE'S OBJECTIVES

  • To correct the error and heresy that is known to undermine the Christian faith and its standards.

  • To teach and train present and future ministers of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ about apostleship, the prophetic, and the fundamentals of Christianity and its doctrines.

  • To establish educational institutions that propagate the excellence of the Lord's kingdom according to God's true doctrine.

  • To collaborate on proper interpretations of the Lord's spiritual and practical laws so that prophetic insight joins apostolic wisdom in dispensing His revealed will for His people and His world.

  • To differentiate between the Spirit of God in operation and those of unclean spirits; to censure and condemn false spiritual outpourings; and to confirm, disavow, approve, and condemn false prophetics and questionable apostleship in the Lord’s name.

THE PROPHET'S PURPOSE

The purpose of the Prophet’s mantle is to serve the Lord’s kingdom and the local church or Christian ministry, business, or organization’s prophetic needs by being God’s eyes, ears, and voice to it. The goal of the prophet’s mantle is to facilitate God's divine communications to all of His earthly institutions. Ideally, the prophet’s mantle supervises the Lord’s spirituality in and outside of the church in such a way as to shield His people and possessions from false prophetics and demonic infiltration. They also minimize the losses such activities can cause.

FIVE PROPHET'S OBJECTIVES

  • To discern and overturn immature prophetic outbursts and reckless prophetic behavior and conduct.

  • To stand before the Lord responsibly on behalf of His people. To jointly cover, balance, and regulate an organization’s spiritual life and pursuits to keep it in Christ’s purity, truth, and righteousness.

  • To participate in the development of church members in God's spirituality and prophecy as they pertain to or affect their Christian experience.

  • To participate in intercessory prayer, spiritual warfare, and routine church prayer vigils. To cover the church’s ceremonial, sacramental, and celebratory events with prophecy and spiritual ministrations.

  • To deliver relevant prophecy and other spiritual revelations accurately and appropriately. To handle prophetic tasks and assignments given by the senior pastor, the chief prophet or other leadership delegated authority over the prophet’s ministry.
